Cancellation policy

Cancel without hidden steps or cancellation fees.

This policy explains how to stop the £24 monthly subscription, when renewal ends and what happens to workspace access and records.

How to cancel

You may request cancellation at any time by contacting QuoteStep support from the email address linked to the account. Support will handle the cancellation request for you.

Stopping renewal

Cancellation stops future monthly renewals. There is no separate cancellation fee. Submit the request before the next renewal date and allow reasonable time for it to be processed.

Access after cancellation

Unless access is ended immediately for misuse, security or legal reasons, the workspace will normally remain available until the end of the paid billing period. Access may then be restricted or closed.

Account records

Before access ends, you should download records you need to keep. You may ask support about export or deletion. Some records may be retained where needed for security, dispute handling, payment records or legal obligations, as described in the Privacy policy.

Charges and refunds

Cancellation normally applies from the next renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period. Duplicate, incorrect or exceptional charges can be reviewed under the Refund policy.

Statutory rights

QuoteStep is intended for business use. Where mandatory consumer cancellation rights apply, they remain unaffected and take priority over this policy.
